Brian founded Vesta Search to deliver recruiting that is responsive, transparent and personal, with long-term fit at the center of every introduction.

His career has spanned hospitality, entrepreneurship and recruiting, with a consistent focus on building relationships and developing teams. He began recruiting for construction and architectural firms in 2020 and founded Vesta Search in 2024.

Today, Brian works directly with construction executives, project leaders and field professionals across the country, with strong relationships in Florida and the Pacific Northwest.
